Raving fans are great for your product or service. Or are they?

Every vendor wants raving fans about their product, but if fans are too ragingly favourable about your product is that a good thing?

It’s certainly a question isn’t it. I mean we all want people to tell everyone the awesome things about our product, but if all you ever hear is how awesome you are then how will you improve?

How will you improve your product or service if you don’t hear the other side of the coin?

I could go on (and I will in a future post) but I wanted to plant the seed for you to consider. Consider talking not just to the raving fans of your product, but also those that have a lot of negative things to say about your product or service. It will certainly give you cause for consideration on areas that you can improve your product or service even more.
